Spicy Baked Brussel Sprouts

This side dish that pairs so well with many dishes!

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs brussel sprouts
  • 1 ea jalapeno
  • 1 ea large yellow onion
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Lets get cooking!

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (convection or air fry setting)
    2. Julienne the Onion and place in large bowl
    3. Dice up jalapeño. Add to bowl
    4. Cut brussel sprouts into 4 pieces. Add to bowl
    5. Add black pepper and Lawry's Coarse Ground With Parsley Garlic Salt
    6. Drizzle the ghee over the top and mix with spoon or hands
    7. Spread contents of bowl onto a Baking Sheet bnb
    8. Place in oven and bake for 15-20min or until browning starts
    9. Remove from oven and sprinkle on parmesan cheese place back in oven for 5min.
    10. Remove from oven once all cheese is melted and browning starts
    11. Enjoy!
