Baked Mushroom Pies
These stuffed mushrooms are addictive so be careful!

Here is what you will need! (adjust serving based on how many mushrooms you want to make)

Instructions
- Set oven to 400F (convection)
- Brake/pull off the stem of the mushroom and save for another dish
- Add worcestershire sauce into the cavity and move around so liquid get coated all in the inside of the mushroom (should not be any standing liquid)
- place 1/2 tbsp or creme cheese inside the cavity so if is level with the mushroom
- add a pinch of onion powder and garlic salt on top
- Place a 1/2 tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese and push down a bit.
- Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper on top
- Place mushroom on elevated baking rack (this is so the mushrooms water content can drip down and ensures good airflow)
- Bake in oven for 15-20 min until cheese is browned
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 5min
- Enjoy!
